  11. To safeguard the democratic, secular, and socialist values as prescribed by the preamble of the Indian Constitution.
  12. To bring to an end animosity based on religion and caste.
  13. To safeguard the rights of doctors, engineers, lawyers, officers, and employees, etc. by breathing separate wings for them.

  15. To create new avenues and opportunities for employment.
